Prioritise the launch journey
Identify the action users must complete and the features needed to support it. Use a prioritisation method to separate essentials from optional improvements. Prototype uncertain screens before development. A feature that does not support the first measurable outcome can often wait, even if it appears in a competitor’s product.
Reuse appropriate foundations
Established components, shared mobile development and standard services can reduce repeated work. Check that they fit the security, integration and ownership requirements. Customisation or migration may offset an apparent saving. Evaluate the critical constraints early and document why each major technical choice supports the product.
Keep delivery transparent
Weekly demonstrations, clear acceptance criteria and a controlled change process reduce expensive misunderstandings. Provide decisions and assets on time. Maintain the quality checks that protect the core journey. After launch, use customer feedback to select the next improvements instead of continuing automatically through the original feature list.
