What we collect and why

When you contact us or use the project estimator, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, project details and budget. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, discuss a possible contract and provide our services. We may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

The relevant legal bases for handling your enquiry are steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

When you visit the site, we load Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and tags managed through them. We may also store campaign attribution information. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and contact us about your privacy rights.

Providers, retention and transfers

Our website is hosted by Vercel. We use Resend to deliver enquiry emails and may transfer lead details through Make.com to our Google Sheets workflow. Website usage data may also be processed by Microsoft, Google and providers configured through Google Tag Manager. These providers may process data outside the UK. We normally retain enquiry and sales-contact information for up to three years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required for a contract or legal obligation.

Your rights
