Pre-Hire Internship — AI-Augmented Software Developer

What we are looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Ability to understand product requirements, architecture documents, and UI mockups
• Experience with, or strong interest in, AI coding tools such as Codex or Claude Code
• Ability to break down complex requirements and work autonomously
• Focus on delivering complete features, not only generating code
• Good testing habits: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Ability to debug and validate AI-generated output
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience with React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, NestJS, or PostgreSQL is a plus

Experience with BMAD or similar AI-driven development methodologies is helpful but not mandatory. We care primarily about the candidate’s ability to learn, reason clearly, and deliver reliable results.

Internship objective

The internship will allow us to evaluate how the candidate:

• collaborates with AI coding agents;
• organizes and executes development work;
• manages multiple workstreams;
• validates quality and security;
• delivers working and tested features from end to end;
